Nors Group is seeking a Legal Counsel to join its Legal Team in Oporto. The role focuses on providing legal support across corporate, commercial, employment and financial matters, drafting and negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate holds a law degree, has 3–5 years of experience, is an active member of the Portuguese Bar, and is fluent in English. You will engage with internal clients and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic,

• Active membership of the Portuguese Bar Association.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Provide legal support to the Group’s companies, ensuring solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Prepare and monitor corporate documentation for the Group’s companies and ensure compliance.
• Provide legal analysis and advice on corporate, commercial, employment and financial law matters.
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts, identifying and mitigating legal risks.
• Ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements and support the compliance programme.
• Monitor legislative and regulatory changes and assess impact on the business.

We are looking for a Legal Counsel to join our Legal Team in Oporto.

What\'s the challenge?

• Provide legal support to the Group’s companies, ensuring legal solutions aligned with business objectives;
• Prepare and monitor corporate documentation for the Group’s companies, contributing to the development of legal solutions aligned with the business model and ensuring compliance with applicable legal obligations;
• Provide legal analysis and advice on corporate, commercial, employment and financial law matters;
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts, identifying and mitigating legal risks;
• Ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements, supporting the implementation and monitoring of the Group’s compliance programme;
• Monitor relevant legislative and regulatory changes and assess their impact on the Group’s business.

What do we expect from you?
