Grupo NORS in Porto is seeking a qualified Legal Counsel to join our Legal Team in Oporto, delivering legal solutions aligned with business objectives. You will provide corporate, commercial, employment and financial law guidance, draft and negotiate contracts, ensure regulatory compliance, and monitor legislative changes to support international projects.

This role requires 3 to 5 years of experience, active Portuguese Bar membership, and fluent English.

Qualificações

• Law degree
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in similar roles
• Active membership of the Portuguese Bar Association
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Business-oriented mindset with a strong focus on internal clients
• Problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsabilidades

• Provide legal support to the Group's companies, ensuring legal solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Prepare and monitor corporate documentation for the Group's companies, contributing to the development of legal solutions aligned with the business model and ensuring compliance with applicable legal obligations.
• Provide legal analysis and advice on corporate, commercial, employment and financial law matters.
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts, identifying and mitigating legal risks.
• Ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements, supporting the implementation and monitoring of the Group's compliance programme.
• Monitor relevant legislative and regulatory changes and assess their impact on the Group's business.
