We are looking for a Trainee to join our Learning & Development team, supporting the organization, coordination, and delivery of training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
- Manage and update training databases, including participant records, attendance, and certificates.
- Issue and organize training participation and completion certificates.
- Support the management of calendars, room bookings, and resource allocation for training sessions.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and training-related requests from internal and external stakeholders.
- Organize and archive physical and digital documentation for the department.
- Enter and update data in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training management platforms.
Support to the Learning & Development Team
- Support the logistics and coordination of training sessions, both in-person and online.
- Assist with the preparation of training materials and presentations.
- Support training needs analysis activities.
- Liaise with internal and external trainers and suppliers regarding logistical matters.
- Support the monitoring of participant satisfaction by distributing and collecting evaluation questionnaires.
- Participate in cross-functional Learning & Development projects.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (recent graduates or final-year students).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word), with an intermediate to advanced level, particularly in Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive mindset, autonomy, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Discretion and a strong sense of responsibility when handling confidential information.
- Good level of English is a plus.
- Previous experience through internships or academic projects in HR is a plus, but not mandatory.
