Job summary

Itsector - Sistemas De Informação, S.A. in Porto seeks a Learning & Development Specialist to identify training needs, coordinate programs, and drive upskilling initiatives across the organization.

You will manage external training partners, leverage LMS and digital learning platforms, and report on KPIs and learning metrics, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and AI-powered learning solutions.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training Coordination, Talent Development, or similar roles.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Experience planning, coordinating and monitoring training programs, ideally within IT, technology, or consulting environments.
• Ability to identify learning needs and translate them into effective development solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze training needs, in coordination with different areas of the organization.
• Research, select, and manage relationships with external suppliers and training partners.
• Plan, organize, and coordinate internal and external training activities.
• Coordinate the upskilling and reskilling initiatives based business needs.
• Ensure all the administrative training process management.
• Track and report learning metrics, participation rates, record and update training data and training effectiveness.
• Explore innovative learning solutions, digital learning platforms and AI-powered learning technologies in coordination with the Group.
• Contribute to building a innovate culture of continuous learning across the organization.

• Professional proficiency in English;

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously;
• Experience managing training vendors, learning partners and external training providers;
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with data, reporting, KPIs and learning analytics;
• Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms;
• Interest in emerging learning technologies, Generative AI and their applications in learning and skills development;
• Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills;
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and results-driven;
• Proactive attitude, continuous improvement mindset and passion for learning.
