Job summary

Costaterra Golf & Ocean Club in Comporta, Portugal, seeks a Learning & Brand Specialist to design and deliver training programmes, onboard new team members and uphold Costaterra values.

You will manage LMS processes, measure impact and coordinate with leaders to align development with hospitality service standards, brand identity and employee experience. A proactive, creative communicator fluent in English and Portuguese is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR or Hospitality preferably.
• Experience in Training & Development, Learning & Development, ideally in hospitality.
• Interest in employer branding, organizational culture and employee experience.
• Strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
• Hands-on with LMS platforms, e-learning and digital communication tools as well as Power Point skills.
• Highly organised, able to run multiple programmes concurrently.
• Proactive, collaborative and hands-on approach, with a genuine passion for people development and brand culture.
• Excellent command of both languages - English and Portuguese.

Responsibilities

• Identify training needs with department leaders and contribute to the annual training calendar.
• Design, update and facilitate onboarding, service excellence, brand values and compliance training.
• Manage external training suppliers: sourcing, quotes, contracting, invoicing and quality review.
• Coordinate training schedules with operational teams to minimize disruption.
• Administer the LMS/digital learning platform: enrolments, licences, completions and reporting.
• Measure training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Refresh learning materials based on feedback and audits.
• Track training budget spend and produce monthly dashboards.
• Strengthen internal brand awareness and embedding Costaterra values into training.
