Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking an accomplished Enterprise Architect to drive OMS architecture design, governance, and multi-region rollout for complex ecommerce transformations.

You will assess OMS landscapes, guide replatforming efforts, and design scalable integrations across commerce, logistics, and customer service domains. You will lead multi-region deployments, define target architectures, and establish governance frameworks to ensure scalability, reliability, and business continuity.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture and software delivery with direct OMS exposure.
• Strong knowledge of ecommerce ecosystems, order orchestration, and fulfillment design.
• Experience integrating OMS with commerce platforms, warehouse, logistics, and marketplace systems.
• APIs, microservices, event‑driven architecture, and cloud platforms.
• Experience leading multi‑region rollout projects with phased go‑live and migration planning.
• Knowledge of replatforming architecture, performance scaling, and resilience patterns.
• Proven experience establishing architecture governance and stakeholder alignment.
• Excellent system‑design documentation, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong communication ability with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

In this role, you will drive architectural design, governance, and rollout delivery for complex ecommerce order‑management transformations across multiple regions. You will assess current OMS landscapes, guide replatforming initiatives, and oversee the design of scalable integrations across commerce, marketplace, logistics, and customer‑service domains.
