Qualificações

• Minimum 5+ years as a Solution Architect in global retail transformations.
• Hands-on delivery of Omni Retail digital solutions and high-volume transactional systems.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with cloud platforms and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm).
• Familiarity with DevOps tools (Git/GitLab, Jira, Confluence) and CI/CD.
• Understanding of security, identity management (SSO) and compliance in global deployments.
• TOGAF or equivalent architecture frameworks is a plus.

• Contribute to transformation initiatives, migrations, and cutover planning.

We're looking for a Solution Architect – Omni Retail Digital Solutions to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal in a hybrid working mode. In this role, you will drive the architecture design and governance of innovative and scalable Omni Retail solutions for global retail transformation initiatives. You will partner with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, and technical teams to define target architectures, lead solution design, and ensure architectural consistency across a diverse digital landscape. This strategic role spans solution governance, system integration, and performance optimization to enable seamless customer experiences worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and technical teams for retail solution architecture
• Lead architectural design for Omni Retail digital solutions across multiple platforms and regions
• Define and enforce architectural governance, standards, and reusable patterns within the Retail domain
• Oversee solution designs to ensure scalability, performance, and proper integration into enterprise systems
• Support build vs. buy decisions and participate in vendor/product evaluations
• Collaborate with enterprise architecture and integration teams to ensure consistency and interoperability
• Develop and document high-level solution designs, including integration flows and system roadmaps
• Ensure compliance with security and identity management requirements (e.g., SSO)
• Provide hands‑on support in solution modeling and review of technical specifications
• Contribute to transformation initiatives, including migration strategies and cut‑over planning
• Drive continuous improvement in Delivery, DevOps, and support practices
• Participate in architecture governance forums and technical design reviews

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect with exposure to global retail transformation programs
• Hands‑on experience delivering Omni Retail digital solutions and high‑volume transactional systems
• Strong knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, APIs, microservices, and event‑driven architectures
• Familiarity with Cloud‑based platforms and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm)
• Experience with collaboration and DevOps tools (Git/GitLab, Jira, Confluence) and CI/CD practices
• Understanding of security, identity management (SSO), and compliance in global deployments
• Solid knowledge of software development lifecycle and Git‑based development workflows
• Experience with TOGAF or equivalent architecture frameworks is a plus
• Proficiency in solution design visualization and architectural documentation methods
• Strong understanding of Omni Retail business processes and system interdependencies
• Nice to have TOGAF certification or equivalent architecture credential
• Experience with global, multi‑brand architecture environments
• Background in designing event‑driven and API‑first solutions for retail ecosystems
