Essity is seeking a Lead Identity Governance & Administration Engineer to advance and optimize our identity governance capabilities. Based in part in Lisbon, this role will drive JML lifecycle improvements, access governance, and platform optimization within a global security team.

You will collaborate with HR, IT, and business units to implement Saviynt-driven controls, certifications, and SoD enforcement while ensuring compliance and strong employee experience.

Qualificações

• Extensive experience in IAM/IGA including enterprise-scale deployments.
• Hands-on Saviynt experience highly valued.
• Strong ability to lead access governance and lifecycle processes.

Responsabilidades

• Drive development and continuous improvement of enterprise Identity Governance & Administration capabilities.
• Manage Saviynt platform configuration, optimization and governance.
• Design integrations between identity governance solutions and HR, directory services, cloud platforms, and business apps.
• Lead access certification campaigns and entitlement governance activities.
• Improve joiner/mover/leaver (JML) processes across the organization.
