Blip is seeking a Team Leader for Identity and Access Management (IAM) to guide a squad of engineers using SailPoint IdentityIQ. You will drive access governance, ensure SOX alignment, and shape IAM strategy while coordinating across Flutter's UKI offices. Expect periodic international travel to Dublin, Cluj, Leeds, and London.

The role demands strong IAM security knowledge, hands-on leadership, and the ability to deliver under pressure while aligning engineering goals with business strategy.

Qualificações

• Proven experience leading IAM teams and engineering background.
• Strong knowledge of Identity and Access Management security.
• Experience with onboarding applications to IGA tools.
• Experience with cloud technologies and DevOps practices.

Responsabilidades

• Run and maintain Flutter UK's IGA(s) with focus on access governance.
• Contribute to IAM strategy and roadmap.
• Lead IAM engineers in automating access governance activities.
• Provide guidance for application onboarding into IGA tools.
• Own technical aspects of onboarding applications into IGA tools.
• Support internal and external audit requests by the team.
• Collaborate across the organization to share information.
• Set team goals, priorities, and ensure timely completion.
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative work culture.
• Translate business requirements into IAM solutions; stay updated on trends.
