Essity is seeking an Identity Solution Owner to manage two global identity platforms: Identity & Consent Hub (ICH) and Essity OneID. You will connect business needs with technology, legal, and compliance to enhance secure identities and consent workflows.

Based in Lisbon (or other European hubs), you will lead operations, monitor SLAs, ensure data quality and regulatory compliance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn complex topics into clear actions.

Qualificações

• University degree in IT/CS/Engineering/Business Informatics or related field.
• 3+ years in solution ownership or identity management.
• Knowledge of identity/access management, consent management, GDPR, data flows; SAP CD Cloud experience valuable.
• Analytical, self-organized with strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Fluent in English; CV in English.

Responsabilidades

• Own day-to-day operations for the Identity & Consent Hub and support Essity OneID.
• Monitor the solution offering, SLAs, identify issues and coordinate improvements.
• Support data quality and data compliance activities with legal and digital standards.
• Analyze impact of functional changes, approve updates and communicate changes.
• Escalation point for incidents and understanding data flows to resolve issues.
• Lead workshops to understand user needs, map processes and define gaps.
• Promote features, create training materials and maintain the knowledge hub.
