Cloudcomputing seeks a SailPoint Team Lead / Technical Lead to join our Lisbon-based cybersecurity team. Hybrid work model and full-time engagement. You will mentor IAM consultants, drive SailPoint IdentityIQ implementations, and coordinate delivery for international clients.

Applicants should bring 5+ years in IAM with SailPoint IdentityIQ, strong Java background, and experience integrating SailPoint with AD/LDAP, databases, and cloud platforms. Excellent English communication is required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computing or cybersecurity.
• 5+ years IAM with SailPoint IdentityIQ experience.
• Proven SailPoint design, implementation, delivery in enterprises.
• Experience leading technical teams and mentoring consultants.
• Strong solution architecture and IAM design skills.
• Hands-on integration of SailPoint with AD/LDAP, databases, and cloud.
• Knowledge of security standards and APIs (REST/SOAP).
• English communication with customers and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor a team of SailPoint consultants.
• Act as primary technical contact for customers.
• Design architectures and define SailPoint best practices.
• Lead end-to-end IAM/IGA projects from requirements to deployment.
• Develop custom integrations, workflows, rules, connectors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale Identity Governance.
• Drive technical decisions and code reviews.
• Support planning, risk, and delivery governance.
• Promote continuous improvement and IAM excellence.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and regulations.
