Jobtailor is seeking an experienced IAM/IGA expert to drive development and continuous improvement of enterprise Identity Governance & Administration capabilities, with a focus on Saviynt and global deployments in complex environments.

You will design integrations with HR systems, directory services, cloud platforms and business apps, lead access certifications, RBAC and JML initiatives, and ensure audit readiness and regulatory compliance.

Qualificações

• Degree in IT, CS, Cybersecurity or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Extensive IAM and IGA experience.
• Experience implementing enterprise-scale identity governance solutions in global, complex environments.
• Hands-on Saviynt experience highly valued.
• Strong expertise in Identity Governance, Access Certifications, RBAC, Entitlement Management, Identity Lifecycle Management (JML), SoD, and Access Request & Approval workflows.
• Fluent English communication skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Drive the development and continuous improvement of enterprise Identity Governance & Administration capabilities.
• Act as a key expert for the Saviynt platform, ensuring effective configuration, optimization, and governance.
• Design and support integrations between identity governance solutions and HR systems, directory services, cloud platforms, and business applications.
• Lead access certification campaigns, role management initiatives, and entitlement governance activities.
• Improve and automate joiner, mover, leaver (JML) processes.
• Support audit readiness, regulatory compliance efforts, and identity-centric security controls.
• Partner with Information Security, Infrastructure, HR, Application Owners, and business teams.
