Bee Engineering is seeking an experienced Lead Salesforce Developer to join the Lisbon team on a hybrid basis. You will own Salesforce development initiatives, mentor a team of developers, and deliver scalable solutions enabling business growth.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of Salesforce development, strong Apex/Visualforce/Lightning expertise, and solid integration experience. English at B2 level or higher is required, with a culture of learning and impact.

Qualificações

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Informatics, or similar.
• 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Solid experience with Salesforce integrations.
• Proven track record in unit testing, debugging, and defect resolution.
• Good knowledge of Git, SFDX, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to inspire and guide a team.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
