ADENTIS Portugal is seeking an experienced Lead Back-end Developer to drive backend strategy and deliver scalable services.

You will focus on designing and implementing microservices, migrating toward serverless architectures, and guiding a talented engineering team. The role involves regular SCRUM participation and collaboration with product and QA.

Qualificações

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years hands-on experience with C#/.NET.
• 2+ years in technical leadership roles.
• Proven experience with Relational Databases (SQL).
• Strong understanding of design patterns and software architecture principles.
• Excellent teamwork and leadership skills.
• Good communication skills in English (spoken and written).
• EU Citizenship or Portuguese Working Visa / Residency.
• Availability to go to the office once or twice per week.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and participate in daily scrums.
• Plan tasks and support all coordinating development activities.
• Design, develop, and maintain our product with a strong focus on back-end solutions using a microservices architecture.
• Contribute actively as a Lead back-end developer.
• Drive continuous improvement of the codebase by applying best development practices and modern engineering principles.
• Lead and oversee the migration from a monolithic application to a serverless microservices architecture.
