Adentis Portugal seeks an experienced Senior .NET Core developer to join our People First team. You will design and implement APIs, background services, and event-driven cloud architectures with Kubernetes, while delivering scalable data solutions.

You will work a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) and collaborate with teams on observability, messaging (Kafka/RabbitMQ), and AI-assisted workflows. EU citizenship or Portuguese visa is required, with occasional office visits.

Qualificações

• Senior experience in .NET Core, including APIs, background services and dependencies
• Experience designing and implementing solutions with event-driven and data-driven architectures in cloud environments with Kubernetes orchestration
• Strong knowledge of messaging and streaming systems (Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ or equivalents)
• Experience in observability: structured logging, metrics and distributed tracing
• Experience in database modelling, optimisation and management
• Practical knowledge of LLMs: prompting, RAG, context management, agents, tools and MCPs
• Effective use of AI tools in the workflow — task automation, code generation and review
• Knowledge of React in a full-stack context is a plus

You must have:
