A technology company in Lisbon is seeking a seasoned Software Engineer with extensive experience in web programming, particularly using Angular and React. The successful candidate will develop web applications in an agile environment, working with a dynamic international DevOps team. Requires 4+ years of experience, proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, and strong communication skills in English. This role offers a great work-life balance and commitment to professional development.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of work experience with Angular and/or React (latest versions).
• Good experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitLab.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• EU Citizenship or Portuguese working visa/residency required.

Responsabilidades

• Develop web applications to support business needs in an agile environment.
• Collaborate with an international DevOps team for service and new functionalities development.
• Participate in the complete software development process.
• Support requirements gathering and business process engineering.
• Implement functional and non-functional change requests.
• Analyze incidents and perform bug-fixing.

Responsibilities:

• Develop web applications to support the business needs in an agile environment
• Together with an international DevOps team you are responsible for the service and future development of new functionalities.
• Participation in the entire software development process (specification, design, implementation, testing, bugfixes) according to agile methodology
• Support in requirements gathering and business process engineering
• Implement functional and non-functional Change Requests.
• Be responsible for incident as well as problem analysis and bug-fixing.

You must have:

• You have an educational background as Software Engineer or similar, combined with a thorough knowledge of web programming
• 4+ years of work experience with the Angular and/or React is a must (latest versions)
• Good experience of working with CI/CD pipelines with Gitlab for automated deployments
• Familiar or experience with agile development methodology
• Good communication and analytical skills, strong verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory
• European Union Citizenship or Portuguese Working Visa / Portuguese Residency.
• Availability to go to the office, twice a week.
