Adentis Portugal is looking for a senior .NET Core professional to design and implement scalable APIs and event-driven solutions in cloud environments.

You will work on observability, data modelling and AI-enabled workflows, with a hybrid model (3 days onsite / 2 days remote) in Portugal. EU citizenship or Portuguese visa is required; occasional office visits are expected.

Qualificações

• Senior experience in .NET Core, APIs and background services.
• Experience with event-driven and data-driven cloud architectures using Kubernetes.
• Strong knowledge of messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Expertise in observability, logging, metrics and tracing.
• Proficiency in database modelling and optimization.
• Practical knowledge of LLMs, prompting, RAG and agents.
• Experience using AI tools to automate tasks and review code.
• Bonus: React in a full-stack context.

You must have:

• Senior experience in .NET Core, including APIs, background services and dependencies
• Experience designing and implementing solutions with event-driven and data-driven architectures in cloud environments with Kubernetes orchestration
• Strong knowledge of messaging and streaming systems (Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ or equivalents)
• Experience in observability: structured logging, metrics and distributed tracing
• Experience in database modelling, optimisation and management
• Practical knowledge of LLMs: prompting, RAG, context management, agents, tools and MCPs
• Effective use of AI tools in the workflow — task automation, code generation and review
• Knowledge of React in a full-stack context is a plus
• Work model: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote
• European Union Citizenship or Portuguese Working Visa / Portuguese Residency.
• Availability to go to the office, once or twice per week.
