Qualificações

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Lead, Principal, or senior Full Stack Engineer experience.
• Strong identity and access management and SSO experience.
• Hands-on with Okta Authorization Server, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect flows.
• Deep knowledge of React.js architecture, state management, security.
• Understanding distributed systems, performance, and security.
• Experience producing Architecture Decision Records and docs.
• Experience shaping long-term technical roadmaps and standards.
• Familiarity with SonarQube, Snyk, and DevSecOps practices.
• Mentor junior/mid-level engineers; strong communicator.

This hybrid role is based in Lisbon and combines hands‑on engineering with responsibility for identity and access management, frontend standards, architectural decision‑making, code quality, and team mentoring. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and implementation of complex full‑stack features across enterprise platforms.
• Own the IAM and SSO strategy, including Okta Authorization Server design, OIDC flow architecture, and access‑control models.
• Define frontend engineering standards for React.js, covering authentication patterns, state management, performance, and secure development practices.
• Lead technical discussions with enterprise architects and contribute to Architecture Decision Records and long‑term roadmap planning.
• Identify and resolve performance, scalability, and security issues across the technology stack.
• Lead structured code reviews and promote quality automation using SonarQube and Snyk.
• Mentor junior and mid‑level engineers, fostering knowledge sharing and technical excellence.
• Produce comprehensive technical documentation, operational runbooks, and onboarding materials.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects and cross‑functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Previous experience as a Lead, Principal, or senior‑level Full Stack Engineer.
• Strong expertise in identity and access management and single sign‑on solutions.
• Hands‑on experience with Okta Authorization Server, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect flows, token lifecycle management, and access‑control models.
• Deep knowledge of React.js architecture, state management patterns, performance optimisation, and secure authentication flows.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, scalability, performance tuning, and security best practices.
• Experience producing Architecture Decision Records and technical documentation.
• Experience contributing to long‑term technical roadmaps and engineering standards.
• Familiarity with SonarQube, Snyk, and modern DevSecOps practices.
• Proven experience mentoring junior and mid‑level engineers.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with enterprise architects and cross‑functional teams.

Salary & Benefits

• Gross annual salary: €32,000–€35,000*, depending on experience and suitability for the role.
• Flexible benefits package.
• Extra day off on your birthday.
• One additional day off on either 24 December or 31 December.
