Connect Digital in Lisbon is seeking a Lead Full Stack Engineer/Architect to drive architecture and cross‑platform features. This hybrid role blends hands‑on development with IAM/SSO strategy, frontend standards, and mentorship, helping shape long‑term technical direction.

With 3+ years of experience, you will collaborate with enterprise architects to deliver secure, scalable solutions while advancing code quality and performance across the stack.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Lead, Principal, or senior Full Stack Engineer experience.
• Strong identity and access management and SSO experience.
• Hands-on with Okta Authorization Server, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect flows.
• Deep knowledge of React.js architecture, state management, security.
• Understanding distributed systems, performance, and security.
• Experience producing Architecture Decision Records and docs.
• Experience shaping long-term technical roadmaps and standards.
• Familiarity with SonarQube, Snyk, and DevSecOps practices.
• Mentor junior/mid-level engineers; strong communicator.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the architecture and implementation of complex full-stack features across enterprise platforms.
• Own IAM and SSO strategy, including Okta design and access-control models.
• Define frontend engineering standards for React.js and secure development.
• Lead technical discussions with enterprise architects and contribute roadmaps.
• Identify and resolve performance, scalability, and security issues.
• Lead code reviews and promote quality automation using SonarQube and Snyk.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster knowledge sharing.
• Produce thorough technical documentation and runbooks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions.
