Connect Digital is seeking an experienced Full Stack Technical Lead / Architect to drive architecture, implementation, and evolution of cross‑platform features. Qualificações

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience as Lead/Principal or Senior Full Stack Engineer.
• Strong IAM and SSO knowledge with practical design.
• Experience with Okta and OAuth2/OIDC.
• Ability to mentor engineers and document decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the architecture and implementation of complex full-stack features across enterprise platforms.
• Own the IAM and SSO strategy, including Okta authorisation server design, OIDC flow architecture, and access-control models.
• Define frontend engineering standards for React.js, including authentication patterns, state management, performance, and secure development practices.
• Lead technical discussions with enterprise architects and contribute to Architecture Decision Records and long-term technical roadmaps.
• Identify and resolve performance, scalability, reliability, and security issues across the technology stack.
• Lead structured code reviews and promote quality automation using SonarQube and Snyk.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, supporting knowledge transfer and technical development.
• Produce comprehensive technical documentation, operational runbooks, and onboarding materials.
• Promote engineering standards and a culture of technical excellence across the team.

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Technical Lead / Architect to drive the architecture, implementation, and evolution of complex cross-platform features.

This hybrid role is based in Porto and combines hands-on technical leadership with responsibility for identity and access management, frontend engineering standards, architectural decision-making, mentoring, and long-term technical direction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and implementation of complex full-stack features across enterprise platforms.
• Own the IAM and SSO strategy, including Okta authorisation server design, OIDC flow architecture, and access-control models.
• Define frontend engineering standards for React.js, including authentication patterns, state management, performance, and secure development practices.
• Lead technical discussions with enterprise architects and contribute to Architecture Decision Records and long-term technical roadmaps.
• Identify and resolve performance, scalability, reliability, and security issues across the technology stack.
• Lead structured code reviews and promote quality automation using SonarQube and Snyk.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Extensive experience as a Lead, Principal, or Senior Full Stack Engineer.
• Strong expertise in identity and access management and single sign-on solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Okta Authorization Server, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect flows, token lifecycle management, and access-control models.
• Deep knowledge of React.js architecture, state management patterns, performance optimisation, and secure authentication flows.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, scalability, performance tuning, and security best practices.
• Experience producing Architecture Decision Records and technical documentation.
• Experience contributing to long-term technical roadmaps and architectural standards.
• Familiarity with SonarQube, Snyk, and modern DevSecOps practices.
• Proven experience mentoring engineers across different seniority levels.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with enterprise architects and cross-functional teams.

Salary & Benefits

• Gross annual salary: €32,000–€35,000*, depending on experience and suitability for the role.
