Qualificações

We are looking for a highly skilled .NET Full Stack Developer with five to eight years of professional experience to join a team developing and evolving business-critical digital applications.

This is a hybrid role based in Lisbon, requiring two days per week on-site. You will work across modern and legacy .NET environments, develop frontend solutions using React or Angular, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable, and secure applications. The role requires strong technical expertise, ownership, and the ability to work effectively in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• 5–8 years of hands‑on experience as a .NET Full Stack Developer or in a similar role.
• Strong expertise in .NET Core, .NET Framework, ASP.NET MVC, and related technologies.
• Ability to work with legacy technologies when required.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and ORM tools such as Entity Framework.
• Experience working in production environments and supporting live business applications.
• Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and Git.
• Understanding of authentication mechanisms and core application security principles.
• Experience with software development, unit testing, and integration testing.
• Good knowledge of Agile delivery practices.
• Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation, standards, naming conventions, templates, and reference implementations.
• Structured approach to release management, incident management, and problem‑solving.
• Experience gathering and analysing requirements and contributing to solution design.
• Strong decision‑making, prioritisation, and communication skills.
• Professional English proficiency at B2 level or above.

Nice to Have

• Professional proficiency in Dutch and/or French.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Salary & Benefits

• Gross annual salary: €32,000–€38,000, depending on experience and suitability for the role.
• Flexible benefits package.
• Extra day off on your birthday.
• One additional day off on either 24 December or 31 December.
