Emma – The Sleep Company in Portugal is seeking a Lead ERP Finance Solution Architect to shape our financial backbone by owning end-to-end Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM designs and standards.

You will lead and coach a team of Functional Managers, partner with Product, Engineering and Finance to deliver scalable ERP finance solutions across Emma’s markets and ensure governance and continuous improvement.

We are looking for an experienced Lead ERP Finance Solution Architect to shape and evolve the financial backbone of our ERP landscape while leading a team of Functional Managers. You'll be a key expert on our ERP systems: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management and Business Central, owning the end-to-end solution design for finance-related processes and at the same time leading, coaching and developing a team of Functional Managers who deliver day-to-day within their domains.

This is a senior role combining strong functional expertise with people leadership. You will partner closely with Product, Engineering and Finance teams, to design, build and continuously improve robust and scalable ERP finance solutions across Emma’s markets, while mentoring a highly motivated team that owns their domains independently.
