Emma – The Sleep Company is seeking an experienced Lead ERP Finance Solution Architect to shape and evolve the financial backbone of our ERP landscape while guiding a team of Functional Managers. You will own end-to-end design for finance processes in MS Dynamics 365, and collaborate with Product, Engineering and Finance to build scalable, compliant solutions across Emma's markets.

Qualificações

Several years as a Solution Architect or Senior Functional Consultant on MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management.
Experience with Business Central is a plus.
Led Functional Managers teams and delivered FSCM/BC implementations.
End-to-end understanding of Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, and Order-to-Cash.
Ability to write solution design documents and communicate finance-technical concepts.

Responsabilidades

Own end-to-end design for finance processes in MS Dynamics 365; ensure scalable, compliant solutions.
Translate business needs into practical designs via workshops with Business Consultants.
Push back to keep solutions simple and aligned with Dynamics standard.
Guide delivery: configure ERP finance modules and coordinate developers and partners during implementation.
Set up governance across configuration, environments, testing and release; decisions documented.
Lead and grow the Functional Managers team through coaching and feedback.
Keep Emma’s ERP platforms future-ready; monitor D365 FSCM & BC releases and roadmap with Product & Engineering.
