Emma Sleep is seeking a seasoned Lead ERP Finance Solution Architect to shape and evolve the financial backbone of our ERP landscape. You will own end-to-end design for MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management and oversee a team of Functional Managers delivering finance-related processes across Emma’s global markets.

Qualificações

• Deep D365 Finance expertise: extensive experience in FSCM and possibly BC modules such as General Ledger, AP, AR, Fixed Assets.
• Experienced as a Solution Architect or Senior Functional Consultant in ERP finance.
• Proven track record leading Functional Managers or senior consultants.
• Clear communicator between finance and technology and documenting design decisions.
• Experience with agile delivery in enterprise environments.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end solution design for finance processes in MS Dynamics 365 (FSCM/BC).
• Translate business needs into practical designs through workshops with Business Consultants.
• Coordinate delivery: configure ERP finance modules and lead developers, consultants and partners.
• Maintain governance across environments, testing and release management with traceability.
• Lead and grow the Functional Managers team through coaching and feedback.
• Keep Emma’s ERP platforms future-ready with releases, upgrade cycles and roadmaps.
