Emma – The Sleep Company is seeking a Senior Accounting Outsourcing Manager to join the Finance department, taking full ownership of sourcing, onboarding and managing outsourced accounting operations across EMEA, Americas and APAC. You will manage external partners, ensure regulatory compliance and KPI performance, and drive continuous improvements in partnership with our providers.

A Bachelor's/Master's in Business/Finance/Accounting, 7+ years in BPO/SSC/GBS/Outsourcing, strong stakeholder

Qualificações

• Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
• 7+ years in BPO/SSC/GBS/Outsourcing operations management, ideally in Accounting/Financial services.
• Experience with external stakeholder management and project management responsibilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Power BI/Tableau experience a plus.
• Excellent English communication, written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Manage outsourced accounting services and service providers.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and internal governance standards.
• Lead onboarding projects for new BPO/Outsourcing partners and perform Third-Party Risk Assessments.
• Conduct regular service reviews and quarterly business reviews to monitor performance and obligations.
• Define, implement, and monitor KPIs and SLAs for outsourcing partners.
• Analyze data to track quality, cost, and efficiency metrics; drive cost improvements.
• Collaborate with Emma and external providers to optimize outsourcing opportunities.

About The Role:

We are looking for a(Senior)Accounting Outsourcing Managerto join our Financedepartment, taking fullownershipof sourcing,onboardingand managingoutsourced accounting operations across all our regions - EMEA, Americas and APAC.

In this role, you willbe responsible formanaging external accounting partners, ensuring high-quality service delivery, regulatory compliance, andstrong performanceagainst agreed KPIs and SLAs, whilst drivingcontinuous improvement initiativesto ensure Partners’ performance and that we are a better partner ourselves.

• Manage and overseeoutsourcedaccountingservicesand service providers.
• Ensure compliance with EU regulations and internal governance standards.
• Lead onboarding projects for new BPO/Outsourcing partners whilst executingThird-Party Risk Assessments for all new partner integrations and existingpartnersreassessments.
• Conduct regular service review meetings, monthly/quarterly business reviews, and other strategic meetings to assess performance,align onobjectives, andmonitorcontractual and regulatory obligations.
• Define, implement, and monitor KPIs and SLAs.
• TrackBPO/Outsourcingpartners'performance,owningdata analytics forquality, cost, and efficiency metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve quality andoptimizecosts, together with detecting outsourcing opportunities withinEmma’sFinancedepartment.
• Act as the main point of contact between Emma and external accounting providers.
• You have aBachelor's/Master’sDegree in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
• Youbring 7+years ofprofessionalexperience, witha track recordinBPO/SSC/GBS/Outsourcing operationsmanagement, ideally of Accounting/Financial services.
• Youpossessstrongexperience in external stakeholder management and feel comfortable with Project Management responsibilities.
• You have advancedproficiencyin Microsoft Excel - Power Query,Power BI, or Tableau is a plus.
• You have a hands-on mentality, strong analytical thinking, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
