FYUL is seeking a responsible Data Analytics Team Lead to guide a small team of analysts in a dynamic, international setting. The role drives data analytics across product areas, customer behaviour, and partner performance, with a strong emphasis on data quality and modeling.

You will mentor peers, collaborate with product heads, and help shape the analytics backlog while embracing AI-enhanced workflows. Remote work is offered, with flexible hours and a focus on impact.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of professional experience in data analysis.
• 1+ year of experience leading a team of data analysts.
• Experience in a product company or marketplace is a plus.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with Snowflake or similar warehouses.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools to create dashboards and visualizations (Looker a plus).
• Solid understanding of data modeling and data quality principles.
• Experience with event tracking and product analytics tools (Amplitude a plus).
• Excellent ability to present data analyses clearly to stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of up to 4 data analysts across product and business teams in the Supply domain.
• Guide data analysis across product areas, customer behavior, and partner performance.
• Conduct performance reviews and mentorship; hold regular 1-to-1s with team members.
• Drive high-impact analytical initiatives and communicate backlog priorities.
• Collaborate with Heads of Product to align analytics backlog with top initiatives.
• Mentor peers and stakeholders in data usage and its value across the company.
• Participate in hiring to bring top analytics talent to FYUL.
