Bloq.it is seeking a Data Analyst to join the Operations Strategy team, building analytical infrastructure that powers decisions across field operations in nine countries - translating business requirements into analytical demands and working hands-on with data, models, and AI-powered tools with direct operational impact.

You’ll report to the Data Analytics Manager and collaborate with Operations, Product and Data Platform teams to align data definitions, improve data quality, and support

Qualificações

• 2-4 years of experience in a data analyst or data scientist role.
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and Spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets).
• Experience building dashboards or reporting tools (Looker or similar).
• Ability to work with messy, real-world operational data and turn it into reliable outputs.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with shifting priorities.
• Strong communication skills to explain analytical work to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen with context and narrative framing.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain KPI reporting infrastructure across operational markets, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Develop predictive models to support operational planning.
• Contribute to AI-powered tools that reduce manual work at scale across field operations teams.
• Analyse large operational datasets to identify patterns, anomalies, and root causes of performance deviations.
• Translate complex analytical outputs into clear, actionable insights for operational stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Product, Data Platform) to align on data definitions and business logic.
• Support the migration and integration of data sources as our operational stack evolves.
