DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in Portugal is seeking a Lead Backend Developer to build scalable backend systems and distributed architectures. You will own backend services, design cloud-native solutions, and collaborate with Product Owners and Architects to set the technical direction.

We value engineers who adapt to new frameworks; strong experience with Java and Go is a plus, and Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka expertise is highly beneficial.

Qualificações

• Proven backend experience with scalable architectures.
• Experience with distributed systems, microservices and event-driven design.
• Strong OOP, design patterns and SOLID principles.
• Hands-on Docker, Kubernetes and Kafka experience.
• SQL database design expertise (PostgreSQL/SQL Server).

Responsabilidades

• Own and drive backend services and product development.
• Design scalable, resilient backend solutions.
• Define technical vision with Product Owners and Architects.
• Lead a cross-functional Agile team through delivery.
• Design and maintain microservices and event-driven systems.
• Enable cloud-native modernization of monoliths.
• Write and maintain technical documentation.
