DSV - Global Transport and Logistics in Lisbon seeks a Lead Full Stack Developer to lead a team of 5-10 developers, owning new services and delivering scalable solutions across the full SDLC.

The role focuses on .NET stack, Angular/React, Kafka, and containerization with Docker and Kubernetes, guiding architecture, code quality, and collaboration with product owners. Hybrid work 3 days in office.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of software development experience with the .NET stack.
• Experience in Kafka-based apps and streaming.
• Strong Angular/React and modern front-end tooling.
• Proficient with SQL Server and database tuning.
• Experience migrating monolith to microservices and containerization.

Responsabilidades

• Technically owning new services and products.
• Architect scalable and efficient solutions using .Net, MSSQL, Angular/React, Postgres and Kafka.
• Collaborate with product owner and architects to set technical vision.
• Lead a cross-functional Agile team through planning, grooming, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
• Write and maintain documentation.
