Caixa Mágica Software in Porto is seeking an Application Production Support leader for a long-term production support project. You will own end-to-end delivery, coordinate all stakeholders, and act as the go-to contact for the project, ensuring governance and alignment with business objectives.

The role requires strong experience with monitoring, DevOps, CI/CD, cloud platforms, and legacy tools, plus fluent English.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in IT project governance and end-to-end project delivery.
• Strong knowledge of monitoring and observability practices.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and configuration management.
• Hands-on with Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure Pipelines, and Docker/Kubernetes.
• Cloud platforms AWS, Azure or GCP and Infra as Code familiarity.
• Knowledge of legacy tools WebSphere, Autosys, CFT transfer.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end delivery of IT projects, aligning with business objectives.
