Caixa Mágica Software is seeking an IT Cloud Infrastructure Administrator to ensure production stability, define technical solutions, and integrate production needs into the backlog. You will work with DevOps tooling, monitoring and automation to keep services reliable and improve performance.

The role requires 5+ years in IT infrastructure, production operation steering, and cyber security knowledge, with English fluency.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure and production operations.
• Experience with production operation steering and risk management.
• Knowledge of cyber security principles and controls.
• Fluent in English; French knowledge is a plus.
• Willingness to travel outside Portugal.

Responsabilidades

• Define the technical solution and ensure it aligns with production needs.
• Incorporate production and infrastructure requirements into scoping and backlog.
• Upskill the project team on application production best practices.
• Provide production and infrastructure resources by enabling deployment of solutions.
• Coordinate with Production Support Applications for monitoring and supervision.
• Maintain services in operational condition and support ongoing reliability.
• Contribute to continuous production improvements (automation, performance).
