Job summary

Scale Jet is seeking a senior leader to own and optimize the account operations across multiple Amazon brands. You will lead PPC, account management, CSM, and catalogue coordination, ensuring client retention and high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

Extensive hands-on experience in Amazon PPC and account management.
Proven experience leading client relationships as primary CSM and managing escalations.
Strong track record of driving client satisfaction, retention and account health.
Experience leading and developing a multi-team operation in a fast-moving environment.
Fluency in English, exceptional written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Lead client relationships and ensure retention, account health and long-term success.
Set PPC and account management strategy across the portfolio based on Amazon best practices.
Coordinate catalogue priorities, listings, and variations with cross-functional teams.
Coach and develop PPC, AM, and CSM teams with regular performance reviews.
Maintain visibility of capacity, workload, and resource planning.
Own day-to-day project management in ClickUp and establish operational cadences.
Ensure quality-control of outputs, timely delivery, and issue resolution.
Stay hands-on during escalations and capacity gaps to protect delivery.
