Job summary

Scale Jet is seeking a commercially minded Creative Director to lead the creative function across our ecommerce business in Health Care.

This hands-on leadership role owns the complete creative direction of the brand across paid advertising, website and landing pages, email, organic social media, marketplaces, product launches, and other customer-facing channels, with a focus on converting visitors and maximizing growth.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a senior creative leadership role within ecommerce, DTC, retail, consumer products, or a performance-focused agency.
• Demonstrated experience improving conversion and advertising performance through creative strategy.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce customer journeys, product pages, landing pages, paid social, email, and organic content.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary creative teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall creative vision and execution across the ecommerce business.
• Translate company goals into clear creative priorities and plans.
• Develop quarterly and monthly creative roadmaps.
• Lead creative concept development and campaign planning.
• Review and approve high-priority creative assets.
• Create clear, actionable briefs for internal and external creative teams.
• Partner with growth, marketing, ecommerce, product, customer service, and leadership teams.
• Analyse creative performance using advertising, website, email, and marketplace data.
• Monitor customer behaviour, category trends, competitors, and emerging creative formats.
