Scale Jet, a dynamic Amazon FBA business with a global footprint, seeks a middle-level Research & Development Specialist to support the R&D Team Lead. The specialist will coordinate with suppliers, the Supply Chain, Brand managers, and the Design team to drive product opportunities across brands.

The role suits someone with product development or procurement experience in e-commerce, capable of daily execution while escalating strategic decisions when needed.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience in e-commerce R&D / product development
• Experience with Amazon research tools (Keepa, Helium 10, DataDive, etc.)
• Strong understanding of Amazon FBA and Seller Central
• Experience working with overseas manufacturers, samples, RFQs, and specification documents
• Experience with product compliance and certifications, or a strong interest and willingness to learn Amazon compliance requirements
• English - Upper-Intermediate or higher
• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new processes
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a remote environment

Responsabilidades

• Conduct market and competitor research for new product opportunities
• Analyze demand, trends, sales volume, and competitor products
• Communicate with suppliers regarding product specifications, pricing, and development
• Prepare RFQs, compare quotations, and calculate product costs
• Order and evaluate product samples
• Coordinate product development projects across internal teams
• Support packaging, certification, and compliance activities
• Maintain project documentation and provide regular status updates
