Archer Recruitment is seeking a senior AI engineering professional to lead the delivery of Agentic AI across a global manufacturing operation. You will take next-generation AI solutions from concept through to production in a fully remote EU setting.

You will join a high-calibre team of AI and engineering professionals, shaping how AI is designed, deployed and used across worldwide operations with end-to-end ownership from architecture to production launch.

What You'll Do

• Design and develop agentic and multi-agent architectures using Python and technologies such as LangGraph and LangChain.
• Build agent workflows incorporating planning, state management, memory, tool calling, RAG and human-in-the-loop capabilities.
• Develop integrations with enterprise APIs, databases, documents, knowledge sources and other business systems.
• Own solutions across the full lifecycle - architecture, development, testing, evaluation, deployment and production launch.

What We're Looking For

• Strong professional experience building production-grade software with Python.
• Hands-on experience with LangGraph, LangChain or comparable agent orchestration frameworks.
• A track record of shipping AI products end-to-end into production - not just prototypes or research projects.
