Archer Recruitment is seeking a senior AI engineering professional to lead the delivery of Agentic AI across a global manufacturing operation. You will take next-generation AI solutions from concept through to production in a fully remote EU setting.

You will join a high-calibre team of AI and engineering professionals, shaping how AI is designed, deployed and used across worldwide operations with end-to-end ownership from architecture to production launch.

Qualificações

• Production-grade software experience in Python.
• Hands-on with LangGraph or LangChain.
• Track record shipping AI products to production.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop agentic and multi-agent architectures.
• Build agent workflows with planning, memory, tool calling, and RAG.
• Develop integrations with enterprise APIs and databases.
• Own solutions end-to-end from architecture to production launch.
