HN Services Portugal is seeking an IT Support Engineer (Level 2) to join an international team in Lisbon or Porto. You will provide second-line support, troubleshoot incidents, analyse logs, run SQL queries and collaborate with development and business teams to keep applications running smoothly.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of Level 2/support experience, strong SQL skills, and a good grasp of software development concepts in an Agile environment.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of Level 2/Application Support experience.
• Proficient in SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of software development concepts within Agile environments.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate and resolve production incidents.
• Analyse logs and troubleshoot application issues.
• Execute SQL queries for data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with Development and Business teams.
• Escalate and follow up complex issues.
• Support deployments and application releases.
• Monitor applications and ensure service continuity.
• Participate in incident management and root cause analysis.
