A global financial services provider in Porto is seeking an experienced Application Support Engineer to support business applications. You will resolve incidents, provide multiple levels of support, and collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance service delivery. Candidates should have 2–4 years of experience in application support, strong IT knowledge, and excellent communication skills in English. The role is remote, requiring candidates to be based in Portugal.

Qualificações

• 2–4 years of experience in an application support role.
• Hands-on experience supporting business applications in medium or large-scale environments.

Responsabilidades

• Support all Global Blue business applications assigned to you.
• Resolve assigned incidents within agreed SLAs.
• Provide 2nd-level and basic 3rd-level support for assigned IT services.
• Collaborate with external vendors and internal departments for support.
• Create and maintain procedures and documentation.
