KCS IT is seeking an Amazing Application Support professional for a mid-level role based in Lisbon. The position operates in a hybrid model and requires you to be living in Portugal.

You will support production environments, troubleshoot incidents, and engage with cloud services and ITSM workflows to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in Application Support, strong Linux/Windows expertise, scripting skills, and good English communication.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in Application Support or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Experience with monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident management.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Basic understanding of networking, APIs, and middleware.
• Good scripting skills (Bash, PowerShell, or Python).
• Experience working with ITSM tools.
• Knowledge of Agile and DevOps environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills in English.
