Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Production Support or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux environments.
- Experience with application servers and web technologies (IIS, Apache, Tomcat, WebLogic, .NET or Java)
Responsibilities
- Monitor and support production applications and infrastructure.
- Manage incidents and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive actions.
- Monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop and maintain automation to improve efficiency.
- Support releases, deployments and changes.
- Collaborate with Development, Infrastructure and Business teams.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Participate in on-call rotation and Follow-The-Sun support.
