Responsabilidades

• Wash dishes, cutlery and kitchen equipment; store properly.
• Clean kitchen areas and back-of-house spaces; clear trash and waste.
• Assist kitchen team with basic food preparation and mise en place.
• Package and unpack food products as needed.
• Apply and respect hygiene and safety regulations.
• Sort waste and transport to designated containers.
• Clear and empty plates and dishes.
• Empty trash bins.
