AUTODOC in Lisbon is expanding its Vendor Management team to strengthen supply chain and market competitiveness. We are hiring a Junior Vendor Manager (m/f/d) who will act as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned vendors, handling commercial negotiations, pricing, bonuses, and SLA performance to boost profitability.

You will onboard new suppliers or SKUs, monitor compliance, maintain master data, and coordinate with Logistics, IT and Finance to resolve claims and improve service levels,

Qualificações

• Degree in Economics, Management or related field; MBA a plus.
• 2+ years in online business or e-commerce.
• Strong data analysis skills with Excel/Sheets.
• Understanding of procurement and supplier management basics.
• Good grasp of commercial terms and negotiation basics.

Responsabilidades

• Supplier Management: act as day-to-day contact for vendors.
• Commercial Negotiations: support pricing, bonuses, and SLA improvements.
• Assortment Growth: onboard new suppliers/SKUs per priorities.
• Performance Monitoring: track supplier compliance vs terms.
• Operational Excellence: coordinate actions and follow-ups with suppliers.
• Data Integrity: maintain supplier master data and pricing info.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: assist Logistics, IT, and Finance on shipments and claims.
