AUTODOC is seeking an Account Manager (m/f/d) to strengthen our Lisbon sales team. You will identify and engage new sellers, onboarding them to our European online marketplace, and provide strategic guidance to optimize their presence.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in sales or account management, experience with e‑commerce, and strong English communication. This role offers a competitive salary and career growth in a fast‑growing international company.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in Sales and/or Account Management in fast‑paced environments.
• Hands‑on background in e‑Commerce with understanding of online marketplace dynamics.
• 2+ years in a similar role with a track record of growth.
• Experience in Seller Onboarding or Seller Support is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Seller Portal tools and marketplace dashboards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer‑centric mindset with outstanding support skills.
• Very good English skills (C1 level).

Responsabilidades

• Cold calling and seller acquisition to onboard new sellers.
• Seller onboarding and guiding new sellers through the onboarding process.
• Provide strategic consultation to understand seller goals and optimize marketplace presence.
• Analyze seller performance metrics and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive improvements.
• Educate sellers on marketplace tools, trends, and best practices.
