Job summary

Bosch Car Multimedia, S.A. in Portugal is seeking a Junior Buyer to support procurement operations across the purchasing organization and collaborate with global suppliers. You will manage RFQs, POs, and contracts, while maintaining supplier data and driving cost optimization initiatives.

You will work with SAP and Excel, analyze data for sourcing decisions, and assist negotiations on pricing and delivery. Strong communication and structured work style are essential in this international role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• First experience in procurement or supply chain preferred.
• Good knowledge of SAP and MS Excel is important.

Responsibilities

• Support RFQs, purchase orders, contracts, and related procurement documentation.
• Maintain and improve purchasing systems and supplier data.
• Prepare supplier, spend, market, and cost analyses to support sourcing decisions.
• Assist buyers during negotiations on pricing, delivery, quantities, and commercial conditions.
• Collaborate with suppliers and cross‑functional stakeholders worldwide.
• Prepare standard reports and support internal and external audits.
