We Are META in Lisbon is seeking a Junior Support Analyst to join our consultant network and support the day-to-day Salesforce needs of clients and internal teams. You will协助 with user support, data loading, and reporting tasks while collaborating with recruiters to find the best role fits for candidates.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of experience, a solid Salesforce foundation, and English at least B2.

Qualificações

• 1–3 years of experience as a Support Analyst.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce core objects and platform functionality.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused mindset with commitment to high-quality, responsive service.
• Salesforce ADM 201 or Platform App Builder certification is a plus.
• Familiarity with Salesforce reporting and dashboard creation is a plus.
• Experience with Data Loader is a plus.
• English language skills at least a B2 level.
• Availability for a hybrid work model, two days per week in Lisbon or Porto; Portuguese or EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work permit.

For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills

• 1 to 3 years years of experience as a Support Analyst
• Solid understanding of Salesforce standard objects and core platform functionality to support day-to-day user and system needs.
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple support tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced consulting environment.
• Customer-focused mindset with a consistent commitment to delivering high-quality, responsive service to internal and external clients.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) or Platform App Builder certification is a plus.
• Familiarity with Salesforce reporting and dashboard creation is a plus.
• Experience with data loading tools like Data Loader is a plus.
• English language skills at least a B2 level.
• Availability for a hybrid work model, 2 times a week in the Lisbon or Porto office (requires Portuguese or other EU citizenship, or a valid Portuguese work permit).
