WE ARE META in Portugal seeks a Senior Support Analyst (Salesforce) to join our team. You will leverage SQL/SOQL, data modeling, and project management to support clients in asset management and fund distribution contexts.

This hybrid role requires 2 days per week in Lisbon or Porto and candidates based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit. Fluency in English (B2) is required to succeed in this position.

Qualificações

• 6+ years of experience in Support
• Hands-on experience with SQL/SOQL, data modeling and project management methodologies
• Functional knowledge of Asset Management, product manufacturing processes, and investment fund distribution
• Fluency in English (at least a B2 level)
• Ability to combine technical depth with functional acumen across IT and business domains
