Qualificações

• 0–2 years of experience in financial operations or banking preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and analyze late settlement cases and identify potential claims.
• Validate and book incoming and outgoing claims in internal systems.
• Send claim notifications to counterparties and follow up on payments.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external counterparties to resolve discrepancies.
• Track and manage payment processes including SWIFT operations.
• Perform reconciliations and investigate cash breaks.
• Contribute to process improvements and risk reduction initiatives.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.
