In this role, you will monitor and analyze late settlement cases, validate claims, and manage payment processes. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field with 0-2 years of experience in financial operations or banking. Strong attention to detail and good communication skills are essential for success in this position. The role offers a collaborative work environment and opportunities for process improvement.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and analyze late settlement cases and identify potential claims.
• Validate and book incoming and outgoing claims in internal systems.
• Send claim notifications to counterparties and follow up on payments.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external counterparties to resolve discrepancies.
• Track and manage payment processes including SWIFT operations.
• Perform reconciliations and investigate cash breaks.
• Contribute to process improvements and risk reduction initiatives.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.
