Quanteam, founding entity of Rainbow Partners, is seeking a Junior Settlement Analyst to join our Lisbon-based team in a hybrid role (50% in-office). You will process and settle trades, verify details, and ensure transactions are completed on time.

The role requires 0–2 years of experience, a degree in Economics or Finance, fluency in English (B2+), and offers a permanent CTI contract with health insurance and development opportunities.

Qualificações

• Fluency in English (B2+) required

Responsabilidades

• Process and settle trades, ensuring timely and correct completion
• Check trade details, match transactions, resolve discrepancies
• Monitor settlement deadlines and follow up on failures
• Communicate with brokers, custodians, counterparties, and internal teams
• Reconcile cash and securities and investigate differences
• Update settlement systems and maintain transaction records
• Prepare basic reports and updates on outstanding settlements
• Follow internal procedures and escalate complex issues

Conhecimentos

Fluency in English (B2+)

Strong knowledge of financial markets

Formação académica

Degree in Economics, Finance, or related field

We are looking for a Junior Settlement Analyst

• Process and settle trades, making sure transactions are completed correctly and on time.
• Check trade details, match transactions, and resolve any discrepancies.
• Monitor settlement deadlines and follow up on failed or outstanding trades.
• Communicate with brokers, custodians, counterparties, and internal teams.
• Reconcile cash and securities and investigate any differences.
• Update settlement systems and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Prepare basic reports and provide updates on outstanding settlements.
• Follow internal procedures and elevate complex issues to senior team members.
• Degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience
• Strong knowledge of financial markets and financial instruments.
• Internship or academic exposure to Financial Markets is a plus.
• Good resilience and ability to work under pressure.
• Fluency in English - written and spoken (B2+).
• This role offers a gross annual salary between 18.000€ to 20.000€, defined according to the candidate’s experience and competencies.
