Quanteam, founding entity of Rainbow Partners, is seeking an Operational Risk Specialist in Lisbon with a hybrid work setup (50% in office). The role demands 3+ years in Operational Risk or related fields, preferably within banking/financial services, and strong English communication.

You will identify risks, manage controls, and support governance while enjoying perks like health insurance and ongoing development opportunities.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of relevant professional experience in Operational Risk, Compliance, Fraud, or Internal Controls.
• Experience in banking or financial services, preferably traditional banking.
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of responsibilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including confidence with senior management.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, assess, and monitor operational risks and controls.
• Manage procedures, ensuring Group requirements and local regulations are implemented.
• Define, perform, and monitor control plans and remediation actions.
• Track audit findings, recommendations, and corrective actions.
• Manage and analyse operational incidents, including fraud cases.
• Support risk governance, committees, reporting, and management escalation.
• Deliver training on Operational Risk and Permanent Control frameworks.
• Take ownership of assigned control activities and ensure timely completion and reporting.

We are looking for a Operational Risk Specialist

• Identify, assess, and monitor operational risks and controls.
• Manage procedures, ensuring Group requirements and local regulations are implemented.
• Define, perform, and monitor control plans and remediation actions.
• Track audit findings, recommendations, and corrective actions.
• Manage and analyse operational incidents, including fraud cases.
• Support risk governance, committees, reporting, and management escalation.
• Deliver training on Operational Risk and Permanent Control frameworks.
• Take ownership of assigned control activities and ensure timely completion and reporting.
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience, ideally in Operational Risk, Compliance, Fraud, or Internal Controls
• Previous experience in the banking or financial services sector, preferably traditional banking
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of responsibilities
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including confidence in dealing with senior management
• Good Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
• Power BI knowledge is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Fluency in English - written and spoken (B2+).
• This role offers a gross annual salary between 24.500€ to 35.000€, defined according to the candidate's experience and competencies.
